M.E.S. Tender: Provision of Facilities at PAF Base (Two Packages) — Bids by 2026-09-14

Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF), Chaklala) invites sealed tenders for two construction packages for provision of certain facilities at a PAF Base. Bids must meet PEC and other eligibility requirements and be submitted by the stated deadline.

Eligibility and mandatory documents: Firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant discipline (minimum Category C-5 with validity at least until June 2027). Preference for firms enlisted with MES Category A. Firms must furnish work orders, completion certificates, locations and photos of completed projects, list of personnel, bank statements, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that there is no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ).

Bidding documents: Procuring agency will make clear, unambiguous bidding documents available immediately after publication and will provide them on request (against payment of printing cost, if applicable). Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules.
