Water & Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The company is a public/private sector company established by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to provide water and sanitation services for the District of Mardan.

| Minimum Qualifications | B.Sc. Engineering in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or Masters in Environmental Engineering from an HEC-recognized university/institute |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience relevant to public or private organizations at HoD / senior management level; at least 3 years in a leadership position. Preference to candidates with WATSAN / municipal services related experience. Prior experience in an international organization or similar entity will be an advantage. |
| Skills & Competencies | Strong leadership and stakeholder management; good knowledge of ICT; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strategic, financial and organizational awareness; ability to develop sustainable business/plans and demonstrate results orientation. |
| Age Limit | Preferably not more than 57 years at time of appointment. The Board of Directors may relax the upper age limit in exceptional circumstances. |
| Salary | As per company policy, depending on qualification and experience. |
| Application & Documents | Submit the completed Application Form prescribed under Annexure "A" of the Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015, together with the Declaration in Annexure "B". Attach CNIC, domicile, educational certificates and experience certificates. Incomplete/unclear information or forged documents will disqualify the candidate. |
