Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) through the E-Procurement (E-PAKs / EPADs) system for civil works packages. Bidders must be registered with PPRA and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid PEC category and specialization as listed below.
