Tender: Supply, Installation & Turnkey Commissioning of Wi-Fi Solution for Punjab Planning & Development Board

Planning & Development Board (P&D Board), Punjab, invites e-bids from Punjab e-Procurement System (ep) registered bidders (also available on Active Taxpayer lists of Income Tax and Sales Departments) for the supply, installation, configuration and turnkey commissioning of a Wi-Fi solution for the P&D Board.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep). Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.

- Bid security in the amount specified must accompany each e-bid and be submitted/transferred as per procedures established in the e-Procurement System in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab; e-bids without the required bid security will be rejected.

- Bids will be opened on the same day of closing at 04:00 PM in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend; bidders are advised to note the opening schedule published on the e-Procurement portal.

- Bidding documents and detailed instructions are available on the P&D Board and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Prospective bidders should register at the Punjab e-Procurement portal to download documents and submit bids.
