National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Hub Head / Regional Executive - Credit (VP) to manage retail credit approvals and portfolio oversight. The role is based in Sukkur and will report to the Wing Head - Credit Approvals (Retail & Program Lending).

| Educational Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institution recognized by HEC. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in credit approvals in a commercial bank. Experience in Retail, SME, Consumer, CAD, Islamic or Agri financing preferred. |

| Employment Type | Contractual for three years (renewable at management discretion). Compensation and benefits as per Bank policy. |

Primary responsibilities include reviewing and approving retail credit proposals within delegated authorities, managing and monitoring the retail credit portfolio, safeguarding credit quality, implementing corrective measures, conducting comprehensive credit assessments, ensuring timely approvals and turnaround times, preparing periodic performance reports, and maintaining high standards of credit documentation and record keeping. Candidates must follow regulatory guidelines and Bank SOPs while collaborating with business and risk teams.
