District Council Pakpattan invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the following development works. Contractors/firms must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents and detailed instructions, specifications, eligibility criteria and contract terms are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA Punjab website. Bids will be opened in the office of the District Council Pakpattan in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Important procurement conditions (summary):
- Submission: Electronic submission only via Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Bid security: 5% of estimated cost. Only Digital/Bank Guarantees (issued via SWIFT MT760) in favour of Chief Officer, District Council Pakpattan are acceptable; physical instruments (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted.
