Tender: Rehabilitation/Improvement of Main Shin Ghar Road, District Sherani — PKR 500,000,000

Issuer: Executive Engineer Roads, CWPP&H Department, District Sherani.

Sealed tenders/bids are invited for the execution of development works under the referenced scheme. Procurement will be made under BPP Rules 2014 using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure.

Key conditions and submission details:

• Tender fee: Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable). To be deposited in any National Bank of Pakistan branch in Balochistan through Green Bank Challan under head of account C02716 (verified by the District Accounts Officer).
• Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit (refundable) or Bank Guarantee (bank's certificate mandatory) in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
• Additional requirement: CDR/Bank Guarantee AND Green Challan must reach the office of the undersigned within 3 days after bid submission.
• Eligibility: Presence on Active Tax Payer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required. The bidding firm must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least 350,000,000 PKR in previous years showing financial capacity. Additional stated requirements include completion of similar assignments equal to specified percentages of estimated cost in the last 5 years and having assignments in hand as stated in the tender.
• No blacklisting / no litigation declaration must be furnished on Rs.100 stamp paper duly attested by a notary public in favor of Executive Engineer, Roads CWPP&H, Sherani, with the name of work and TSE No.
• Bid validity period: 90 days.

• Issuance of tender documents: From date of publication, during office hours on working days.
• Last date for bid submission: 2026-08-28 at 11:00 AM sharp. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the undersigned.
