How to obtain and submit documents
1. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (https://portal.kppra.gov.pk) and from the institution website (http://www.ayubmed.edu.pk).
2. All scanned bids (preferably original documents) must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Standard Bidding Document and submitted electronically via E-PADS (https://kpeprocure.gov.pk).
3. A scanned copy of the CDR, E-Affidavit and tender fee (Rs. 1,000 each) shall be uploaded on EPADS. The original tender fee, CDR and E-Affidavit duly attested by a Notary Public must be submitted to the Procurement Office on or before the last date & time of bid submission.
4. Submission deadline: bids must be uploaded by 2026-08-27 until 10:30 AM. Electronic opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives in the Conference Room, Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad.
5. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-17 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad.
