Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta invites electronic bids (single stage two-envelope) via EPADS from eligible firms in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended up to 10-05-2022) for the following work.

Bid security & conditions: Bidders must submit bid security and, where applicable, additional security in accordance with KPPRA/KP procurement notifications. Submissions, retention and enforcement of bid security and additional security instruments shall be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement (Bid Security Instrument Submission and Enforcement) Regulations, 2021, and related S.R.O. provisions cited in the notice. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (where applicable).
How to apply: Interested and eligible firms must submit e-bids via EPADS before the deadline. Technical proposals will be opened on the date/time above; financial proposals will be opened subsequently for technically qualified bidders.
