- Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) must be downloaded from EPADS; no hard copy will be provided.
- Submit e-bids on or before July 15, 2026 by 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
- Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized person before uploading. Any disfiguring/overwriting or manipulation of the uploaded tender/BOQ may lead to rejection.
- All federal and provincial duties/stamp duty/taxes, including KPRA taxes, will be recoverable as per government directives. The firm must be registered with KPRA under Rule 37A of KPPRA.
- Incomplete, conditional, late submitted, or manual bids will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
