District Council Rajanpur — Invitation to Bid for Civil Works (Closing 2026-07-06)

Issuer: Office of the District Council, Rajanpur (Chief Officer).

Invitation to qualified contractors/firms/manufacturers registered on the Punjab e-procurement system to submit bids (Single Stage Single Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 for the following civil works. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://punjab.eproc.gov.pk). Bidders must upload a scanned 5% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security and submit the original CDR to the District Council office by the closing date/time. Key procurement instructions:

• Registration: Contractors must register on Punjab Procurement/E-procurement portals prior to bidding.
• Submission deadline: On or before 02:00 PM PST on 2026-07-06. Bids will be opened at 02:00 PM PST on 2026-07-06 in the office of District Council Rajanpur in the presence of bidder representatives who choose to attend.
• Bid security: 5% of estimated cost to be uploaded as scanned CDR; original CDR must be delivered to the District Council office by closing date and time.
• If the lowest bid is more than 5% below the DNIT, the lowest bidder must deposit 10% additional performance security (including earnest money) by Call Deposit Receipt/Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank within 15 days of tender opening.
• Non-compliance, false documents or fake CDRs will lead to disqualification and action under PPRA rules; cases may be referred to PEC and relevant authorities.
• Bids must follow instructions in the bidding documents; the Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
