Pakistan Air Force — Open Tender Notices for Medical Equipment, Spares and Services (closing 2026-09-29)

Pakistan Air Force is announcing Open Tender Notices for the supply, purchase, repair and overhauling of medical equipment, electromechanical spares, aircraft parts and related services for multiple PAF bases. Readable items and systems invited include Nephroscope, Paediatric CPAP, Holter monitor, ICU ventilators, ultrasound machines (including colour Doppler and TVS probes), video hysteroscopy and hysteroscope accessories, patient monitors with CMS, portable X-ray (425MA), C-arm image intensifier, Micropulse cyclodiode, LINAC/PET-CT/CyberKnife related equipment, transportation of AVGAS 100LL, and numerous repair/maintenance lots. Example tender references visible in the notice include 37180/P-43, 471457/P-47, 415373/P-41, 448477/P-4 and 467325/P-46, with several lots showing closing dates on or about 2026-09-29.

Suppliers must download tender documents and complete specifications from www.paf.gov.pk (Media → PAF Ads → Suppliers / Latest Advertisement), submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals, and follow PPRA requirements (PPRA Rule 2004, revised 2025). Un-registered/un-indexed firms must provide financial capability proof (minimum six months bank statements), proof of godown/manufacturing, photocopies of NICs and OEM agency agreements where applicable. The notice refers to requirement of EMD/treasury challan (Rs.2,000 referenced), offer validity of 120 days, warranty requirements, and that firms must provide an NDA to the Directorate of Procurement on judicial stamp paper as required.
