Invitation to Bid — Procurement of Office Furniture | COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus

Issuer: COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus (a public sector university of Ministry of Science & Technology).

Purpose: Procurement of office furniture. COMSATS invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from authorized distributors/suppliers who are registered with Income Tax & GST departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for procurement of office furniture for CUI Lahore Campus.

How to obtain & submit documents: Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available FREE on the Federal PPRA's E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bidding documents can ONLY be downloaded from https://eprocure.gov.pk and must be submitted online through the same portal.

Registration & guidance: Interested bidders must register on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). For registration and guidance on EPADS contact EPADS UAN: 051-111-137-237.

Important conditions: No bid shall be accepted without tender document fee or submitted in person/through courier. Bids must be prepared in accordance with bidding instructions and submitted via the given link.

Deadlines: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-09 at 11:00 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs.
