Office of CMES (Army)-I Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple repair, maintenance, up‑gradation, construction and term contract packages covering internal and external services (electrical, water, roads, sewerage, Sui gas etc.) at various Army locations in Rawalpindi. Tender documents will be issued only to firms that satisfy prescribed credentials and experience requirements.

Key submission and eligibility information:
- Tender receipt deadline: 07 October 2026 by 1100 hours. Tenders will be opened on 07 October 2026 at 1200 hours.
- Application/tender documents will be issued only after scrutiny of credentials. Firms not on MES approved list must submit a proforma showing works executed during the last two years and works in hand.
- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
- Only contractors borne on MES approved list in Categories A, B, C & D with experience of this type should apply.
- Contractors must provide a certificate stating they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse report from Directorate of Inspection/Evaluation (E‑in‑C Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
- Contractors are requested to be present at tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept/reject any tender as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
