Municipal Committee Mamunkanjan e-Procurement Tender — Five Improvement Works (FY 2026-27)

Municipal Committee Mamunkanjan invites electronic bids through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System for various improvement and rehabilitation works to be executed in the Financial Year 2026-27. Only Pakistan Engineering Firms / Contractors who are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid PEC registration for Financial Year 2026-27, and who are registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System, are eligible to bid. All bidders must follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System on 2026-10-10 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Mamunkanjan in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders must complete all required forms/tables in the bidding documents and stamp/sign them before submission through the e-Procurement system.

Important conditions: The successful bidder will furnish Performance Security in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 before issuance of the Work Order. Time for completion will be specified in the Work Order. The successful bidder is responsible for carrying out any required quality control tests at their own expense.
