Tender: Supply of Liquid Helium (99.999%) 100 L for NMR — COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad (P127525)

Issuer: COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus. Invitation to bid for the supply of Liquid Helium (99.999% pure) for NMR equipment at CUI Abbottabad Campus.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage–Single Envelope bidding using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Prices must be quoted on FOR basis in Pakistani Rupees as described in the bidding documents.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by the bid security as specified in the bidding document in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit, or bidders may submit a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.

Submission and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before 2026-10-14, 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day, 2026-10-14 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical submission of bids will not be accepted.
