Tender Notice CIVIL-02/2026 — Repair & Petty Works in Islamabad

A public-sector organization (Head, GSW) invites sealed item-rate tenders from security-cleared, pre-qualified and enlisted civil works contractors (government / semi-government departments) for the following works in Islamabad. Tender documents are issued on written application with a Tender Fee of Rs. 1,500. Documents can be purchased from the issuing office on working days (except Sat/Sun) between 09:00 and 14:30 hrs.

Pre-bid meetings: 2026-10-05 to 2026-10-07. Tender documents will be issued only after scrutiny of applications; documents will be supplied to firms meeting the experience and special conditions. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the shape of CDR. Postal, telegraphic, telex, fax, conditional or incomplete tenders will not be considered. Tenders will be opened in the office in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
