Deputy Director, Water Management & Irrigation Department, District Diamer (Gilgit-Baltistan) invites sealed tenders (single-stage one-envelope procedure) from PEC-registered firms/contractors for construction works at Darel (Halqa-17), Diamer. Bidding documents are available from the Deputy Director's office on written application and deposit of the document fee through Treasury Challan.

- Eligible bidders: Firms/contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category, with validity through 30 June 2027.

- How to obtain documents: Submit a written application to the Deputy Director, Water Management & Irrigation Department, District Diamer, and deposit the bidding document fee via Treasury Challan as specified.

- Required documents: PEC registration (relevant code), original CNIC of the prospective bidder, bid security in the shape of CDR from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, and other original documents as listed in the bidding documents (to be produced personally).

- Performance guarantee: If rates are quoted below the estimated cost, additional performance guarantee (as specified in the bidding documents/notice) will be required.

- Other conditions: Late bids will not be accepted. Bid securities will be retained until acceptance and refunded thereafter. All proposals are subject to GB PPRA rules; the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per rules.
