E-Tender – Construction & Rehabilitation Works (Punjab Buildings, C&W Dept.) Gujranwala (ADP 2026-27)

Punjab Buildings, C&W Department invites e-tenders from registered Engineering Firms/Contractors for multiple construction and rehabilitation works in Gujranwala district under ADP 2026-27. Bidding will be through the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered/renewed with PEC for the relevant financial year and comply with PPRA rules and departmental DNIT/specifications.

Key instructions:

• Bid submission: Online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (manual bids will not be accepted).
• Bid security: 5% of the bid value to be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by the system.
• All documents (tender form, DNIT/BOQ, specifications, eligibility, registration, experience, bid security, etc.) are available on PPRA/e-Procurement portals.
• Incomplete, conditional or late bids will be rejected. Procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
