How to apply / submit bids:
- Both Technical and Financial bids must be submitted through EPADS (EPADS version 2.0) at www.epads.gov.pk. Only bids uploaded on EPADS will be considered for evaluation.
- The original Bid Security (Bank Guarantee / CDR / Pay Order) in favour of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi, must be submitted physically to the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer before tender opening. A photocopy of the Bid Security must be attached with the Technical Bid.
- One sealed hard copy of the Technical Bid must also be placed in the tender box in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Karachi, along with required documents by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-02. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
- Bidders must register with EPADS and PPRA to access tender documents. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the EPADS portal.
Other conditions: Bids without original bid security will not be entertained. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33(1).
