Executive Engineer Roads, CWPP&H Department, Musakhail invites electronic bids for the construction of a black-top road from Main Drug to Khal Essot for the year 2026. Estimated cost is PKR 149,254,000. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014.
Tender fee PKR 1,500 and bid security 2% are required. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted, and registered with PEC C-4 or above (up to PKR 200 million) with relevant codes (CE04, CE10, CE01-10). Bidders must have completed two similar assignments and meet financial capacity requirements. Documents can be obtained electronically (www.topra.gob.pk) and viewed at www.bppa.gob. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system by 2026-07-22 09:00 AM; tenders will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM.
