Eligibility: Suppliers/Service Providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (as Active Taxpayers), holding valid PEC registration and having relevant experience are eligible to bid.
Documents & submission: e-Bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions and specifications, are available for registered bidders on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before the bid closing date/time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at least 30 minutes after the bid closing time.
