Municipal Committee Talagang Tender Notice — E-Procurement (Bids Due 2026-10-03)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Talagang. Municipal Committee Talagang invites sealed bids through the E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/) from contractors registered on E-P & NAS for the advertised procurement activities under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Bid validity: 90 days.
- Performance security: If the lowest quoted rates are equal to or less than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder shall deposit an additional 10% performance security within 15 days of issuance of the letter of acceptance. The additional performance security will be refunded after issuance of the completion certificate by the Engineering Branch in-charge.

- Bidders must submit bids through the E-P system as per instructions in the bidding documents. Incomplete, ambiguous, unsigned, non-stamped, corrupted or late bids will be rejected. Submission of forged documents will lead to disqualification/blacklisting.

Other important notes: The Competent Authority may reject all bids at any time prior to approval/acceptance of the tender rates under PPRA Rules. Contractors will sign the agreement on judicial stamp paper of value specified by Government within seven days of issuance of Work Order.
