Tender: Construction of Main Boundary Wall at District Office Complex Uthal (BSDI Phase-III)

Issuer: Executive Engineer (Buildings), CWPP&H Department, District Lasbela (Uthal). Invitation for sealed tenders under Balochistan Special Development Initiative Program (BSDI) Phase-III for construction of the main boundary wall at the District Office Complex, Uthal including DC Office, Judicial Complex, Social Welfare Office Complex and Prosecution Service Complex.

Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, have completed three assignments of similar nature, and show a turnover of at least PKR 34,825,374 in previous years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (up to PKR 65 million) in the relevant category is required. Specialized code: CE10(1) (General Civil Engineering Works).

Bid security: 4% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee/Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and Green Challan are acceptable as applicable. Submission & opening: Last date and time for electronic bid submission is 2026-10-06 until 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM on the ePPS system.
