Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre (KTDMC), a subsidiary of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), invites electronic bids for the hiring of tax consultancy services. Eligible service providers must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents are available on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and can be downloaded free from www.ktdmc.com. A non-refundable tender document fee of PKR 1,000 payable by pay order to "Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre" is required for purchased documents.
Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 24 July 2026, 10:30 PST; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 PST via EPADS in the presence of bidders' representatives at the Procurement Department, Sector No. 38, NC No. 24, adjacent to Pakistan Refinery Limited, Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Korangi Creek Road, Karachi.
