Tender Notice — Procurement of Stationery, IT Equipment, Furniture, Plant & Other Items | Office of the Prosecutor General Punjab, Lahore

Office of the Prosecutor General, Punjab (Lahore) invites sealed/e-procurement tenders from interested firms/companies/suppliers/distributors/individuals/AOPs registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax & Punjab Revenue Authority for Financial Year 2026-27 for supply of the listed items. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids for each lot/item and may participate in one or more lots.

Key instructions:

• Bids to be submitted/uploaded through the Punjab E‑Procurement System; no fee for participating.
• Bid Security: 05% of the estimated value as per Standard Bidding Documents.
• Required documents include Tender Forms, Affidavits and other documents listed in the bidding documents.
• Bid submission deadline: bids must be submitted / uploaded through the Punjab E‑Procurement System before 02:00 PM on the closing date. Tenders will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
