This is a senior, contract-based leadership role responsible for IT strategy, digital transformation, IT governance and delivery of information & communications technologies across FESCO (serving multiple districts including Faisalabad).

Key Responsibilities	Develop IT strategy, policy, protocols and standards aligned with FESCO goals. Ensure compliance with IT strategy and oversee implementation of IT projects and digital transformation initiatives. Manage IT budgets, vendor & contractor relationships, procurement and service providers. Oversee all IT department affairs including enterprise-level IT systems and security. Maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the electricity sector and within the company. Promote IT innovations and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Minimum Qualifications	16-years Bachelor (Honours) in Computing / Data Analytics / Telecom / MIS / AI / Robotics / Cyber Security / Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field; OR Master’s (MS/M.Sc) or 18-years degree in Computer Science / IT / AI / Robotics or related field from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Higher/18-year degree qualifications will be preferred where specified.
Experience & Skills	Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role in public or private sector. Proven experience in digital transformation, IT governance, enterprise systems, vendor management and IT budgeting. Strong leadership, change management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Remuneration & Tenure	Contract appointment initially for three (3) years with six (6) months probation. Market-competitive lump-sum compensation; contract may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and Board approval. Contract service will not be regularized or pensionable unless stated otherwise by Government rules.
Age Limit	Maximum age not more than fifty-seven (57) years as on closing date.
