Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE), Sector F/3 Mirpur, invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure from registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners and IT firms for supply of stationery, printing supplies and consumables.

Submission and procurement details:
- Deadline for submission: 2026-09-22 by 11:30 AM; bids will be opened same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid document fee: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) per set, payable via AJK BISE online challan, bank invoice or mobile banking channels (JazzCash / Easypaisa / HBL Mobile App / HBL Konnect) in favour of Secretary, AJK BISE.
- A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur, must be submitted with the bid; CDR must be valid for a minimum of 120 days from the bid opening date.
- Bidders must submit bids as single-stage, single-envelope (technical and financial submitted simultaneously). Detailed specifications, terms and conditions are provided in the bidding documents. An affidavit confirming the firm/contractor is not blacklisted by any government Ministry/Division/Department/Organization is mandatory.
