AJK PHE Division-II Mirpur E-Bidding: Supply & Installation of Tube-Well Machinery (Tender)

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division-II Mirpur (Azad Jammu & Kashmir) invites e-bids under Single Stage Two Envelope E-Bidding System for the supply and installation of new machinery for a proposed tube well. Bidding is open to eligible firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and meeting the required category.

How to apply / obtain documents: Bidders must register and submit bids online via the division’s e-bidding system (single stage two-envelope). Bidding documents and instructions are available through the e-bidding portal and the AJK public procurement portals. Interested/newly registered bidders should obtain user credentials from the division’s IT section as directed in the notice.

Additional requirements & notes: Submission must include the specified bid security (5%). Bidders must be PEC-registered firms of the stated category. Late or non-compliant bids will be rejected. The procuring office follows relevant AJK procurement rules and reserve the right to accept/reject bids as per the notice.
