State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC), Engineering Department, Head Office Karachi invites e-bids via EPADS v2.0 for multiple procurement packages. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be used and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will apply in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Scanned bid security must be uploaded in EPADS and the original submitted to the procuring agency before bid opening.
