The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for construction works for the Wellness Complex, Minister Enclave, Islamabad, funded under FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS); bid security is required as specified in the bidding documents (Pay Order, Call Deposit).
E-bidding documents and registration are available on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/). Submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:30 AM (opening same day at 12:00 PM).
