Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority E‑Tender for Establishment of Feeder Market in Mandi Bahauddin – Submit by 2026-09-16

Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA), Lahore invites electronic bids (E‑Bids) from technically and financially strong contractors, firms or suppliers registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement system for the project listed below. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must hold a valid PEC license for the Financial Year 2025‑26, be registered in the relevant category/field specialization, and be active taxpayers (FBR/RTN and PNTN).

• Method: Single Stage Two Envelope. Detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions, and schedule are published on the Punjab E‑Procurement platform; prospective bidders must follow the e‑procurement submission process.
• Earnest money must be submitted as prescribed (via PSID/online bank transfer or bank guarantee as directed in the bidding documents).
• Only bids uploaded on the Punjab E‑Procurement system will be accepted. Late or non‑conforming bids will be rejected.
• Bidders must be registered on Punjab E‑Procurement, possess the required PEC license for FY 2025‑26, and be active tax filers (FBR/RTN and PNTN).
• Bid validity: 120 days from the date of bid opening.
• PAMRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules and regulations.
