Issuer: Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Islamabad. The Ministry invites applications from eligible firms, workshops and contractors for pre-qualification on EPADS Version 2.0 for recurrent repair & maintenance services for Financial Year 2026-2027. Procurement will follow the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended).
Pre-qualification documents (free of cost) are available from the issuing office during office hours and can be downloaded from the Ministry website and PPRA:
https://www.moma.gov.pk and https://www.ppra.org.pk
Submission and opening will be conducted on EPADS V2.0 at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, 8th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Bid security (as specified in the pre-qualification documents) must be submitted in the form of a bank draft/pay order in favour of DDO Ministry of Maritime Affairs. Bidders applying in more than one category must submit the sum of bid securities applicable to each category.
