Issuer: Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad. Tendering method: Rule 36(b) Single Stage - Two Envelope via PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) 2.0. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR).
Key submission and opening instructions: SBDs are available on the E-PADS PPRA Website 2.0 and PIMS website. Bidders must submit bids online through EPADS 2.0. The firm/bidder shall also submit original CDR and original undertaking on judicial paper in the tender box available at the Purchase Department, PIMS, G-8/3, Islamabad by 11:00 AM on the closing date. Online bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security (call deposit / bid money) must be submitted in the name of Executive Director, PIMS. Grievances will be entertained only if submitted through EPADS 2.0 within the prescribed period. PIMS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33(1) of PPRA 2004.
