Project Director, Livelihood Promotion Programme (PDLPP) invites electronic bids for multiple road and flood irrigation works for Year 2026 under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.
Submission method: Electronic bids only via the supplier dashboard on the public procurement website. No physical bids will be accepted. Earnest money / bid security: 2% in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee or CDR. Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope.
Key eligibility and conditions: bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan, registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/specialized code. Completed assignments of similar nature and financial turnover evidence are required as per bidding documents. Green challans (as shown against each work) to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan for each work.
