If goods are found old, defective or non‑conforming (including mismatch with test certificates), the Supplier will be held responsible for all losses and must replace unacceptable goods with acceptable ones at the Supplier's risk and cost if defects/deficiencies are noticed within 18 months from installation/commissioning or within 24 months from date of delivery of the last consignment, whichever is earlier. |
