Issuer: National Bank of Pakistan. The Bank is hiring HR professionals based in Karachi for Human Resource Management roles on a contractual basis to support HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance & rewards, HR relationship management, governance, compliance and HR systems.

| Senior HR Officer (OG-II) | Wing Head | Minimum graduation or equivalent from an institution recognized by HEC; candidates with a Master’s degree and/or HR certifications preferred | Minimum 02 years of work experience in Human Resources; experience in similar roles and financial sector preferred | Assist and support HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management & Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Relationship Management, Organizational Effectiveness); maintain HR systems & databases; prepare HR-related reports; support implementation and execution of HR initiatives and policies |
Employment type: Contractual (initial term three years with possible renewal at Management’s discretion). Shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
