How to obtain documents: Detailed specifications and terms can be obtained by request in writing on firm letterhead and submission of bank draft/pay order for the tender fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted.
Financial security: Each tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of total order value (inclusive of GST) payable in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
Important conditions: Postal delays are the tenderer’s responsibility. Envelopes must be superscribed with the tender number and due date. Late bids will not be entertained. Tender validity: 60 days from date of opening. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations.
Dispatch & submission: Tender documents can be dispatched against request and bank draft through mail; the original bank draft should reach this office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is one day before the opening date.
