Issuer: Executive Engineer (Roads), CWPP&H Department, District Sibi.
Purpose: Invitation to bid for various road and related civil works for FY 2026-27 based on Composite Schedule Rates (CSR) 2026 on percentage rates. Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope.
Key conditions: Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan). Bid security of 2% of the bid amount must be provided in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Tender fee to be deposited through green challan in National Bank of Pakistan, Sibi Branch under head of account C-02716 (Communication Receipt).
