The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature and have a turnover of at least 17,500,000 PKR in two subsequent previous years. The contractor must have completed two similar assignments each at cost of at least 50% of the tender applying cost (examples include protection bund, canal, dams, weir, and water-retaining structures).
