Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Pakpattan. District Council Pakpattan invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple development works (soling, drains, sullage carriers, sewerage, force main laying) in Pakpattan District. Contractors must be duly enlisted/renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable and meet all eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
