- Submission: Bids (single-stage two-envelope procedure) must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). The eP portal is compulsory for all bidders; bidders must register on https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
- Last date & time for submission: 2026-10-08 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) in presence of purchase committee and representatives of firms.
- Bid security: 5% of the quoted amount must be furnished as bid security in the prescribed manner (online as per Punjab e-Procurement procedure).
