The Government of Sindh, Information Department (Directorate of Publication) invites sealed bids from reputed printers registered with tax authorities for composition, layout, design, film-making, pre-press, offset printing, binding and supply of departmental magazines: Monthly "Zhar" (Urdu), Monthly "Paigham" (Sindhi), Fortnightly "Sindh Manzar" (combined Sindhi & Urdu) and combined "Special Issues" for the financial year 2026-27.
Bidding documents are available from the Office of Director Information (Publication) on payment of Rs.5,000 (non-refundable). Bids must be uploaded via the SPPRA ePADS system and the original signed bid with original bid security delivered by Thursday, 2020-07-23 by 02:00 pm to the Office of the Director Information (Publication), Barrack No.95, Sindh Secretariat No.4-8, Court Road, Karachi; tenders will be opened the same day at 02:30 pm. Bid security of 3% and performance security of 5% of the bid price (separately for each magazine) are required. For queries call 021-90202810.
