National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites stakeholders and interested parties to submit written comments on proposed amendments to the Wheeling Auction Process submitted by the Independent System and Market Operator of Pakistan (ISMO). The proposed changes concern issues including co-location of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with solar/wind facilities, timeline extensions and related eligibility/grievance provisions.
Comments must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date of publication to the Registrar, NEPRA. Documents and further details are available on NEPRA's website; submissions may be made via the NEPRA office in Islamabad or through the contact channels listed on the authority's website.
