Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: Announcement of escalated toll rates for Lahore–Islamabad Motorway (M-2) under the Concession Agreement with M/s Motorway Operations and Rehabilitation Engineering (Private) Limited (subsidiary owned by FWO), signed 23 April 2014. In accordance with the concession agreement (Part-II (B) Schedule-I), a 7% escalation in toll rates is implemented from the 13th year of the concession period.
Effective period: July 05, 2026 to April 23, 2027.
