The National Highway Authority (NHA) announces a 7% escalation in toll rates on the Lahore–Islamabad Motorway (M-2) under the Concession Agreement with M/s Motorway Operations and Rehabilitation Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. (a subsidiary of FWO) signed on 2014-04-23. The revised tolls are effective from 05 July 2026 and apply through 23 April 2027.
Applicable tolls by vehicle class (per km rate, amount in PKR): Class 1 Cars/Jeeps/Taxis — 3.98 per km, Rs. 1,430; Class 2 Wagons — 6.68 per km, Rs. 2,390; Class 3 Coaster — 9.34 per km, Rs. 3,350; Class 4 Buses — 13.32 per km, Rs. 4,770; Class 5 Truck (2 & 3-axle) — 17.33 per km, Rs. 6,210; Class 6 Articulated Trucks — 22.29 per km, Rs. 7,980.
