Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-PADS / Punjab e-Procurement) for procurement of items for the financial year as specified. Only firms/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and active taxpayers on the FBR list are eligible to participate.

- Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 (single stage, two envelope) as amended to date.
- Bidding documents with full details can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (and PPRA website).
- Bids must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement by the date/time shown for each lot; each tender will be opened on the same day at the stated opening time.
- 1% bid security of the estimated amount for each tender must be submitted electronically (PSID) in favour of Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology as per e-Procurement requirements.
- Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation or electronic submission of bids.
- All receiving, opening and awarding procedures will be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab e-Procurement terms. The purchaser reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
