Submission & procedure: Bidding will be conducted through E-Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. All technical and financial bids must be uploaded item‑wise via the Punjab e‑procurement system (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk or related PPRA links) before or on the closing date and time.
Eligibility & requirements: Interested firms/agents/ distributors involved in institutional pharmacy business/chain of pharmacies/distributors must hold a valid Retail Drug Sale License (Category A). NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of "Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Pindi Bhattian"; the original bid security CDR must be submitted before opening of e‑bids.
Other conditions: Bid validity 120 days. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject or disqualify any supplier under PPRA Rule 19 for false/inaccurate/incomplete information. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
