Azad Jammu & Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE), Sector F/3 Mirpur invites sealed bids from registered firms/dealers/resellers/authorized partners/IT firms through single-stage single-envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules, 2017 for supply of printers and related printing consumables/equipment.
Submission requirements include a non-refundable document fee and an earnest money deposit (CDR). Sealed bids must be delivered to the Secretary, AJK BISE by 11:00 AM on the closing date; bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key instructions and terms:
- Tender documents obtainable on written application to the Secretary, AJK BISE, along with payment proof of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) per set via AJK BISE Online Challan or supported mobile/banking channels (Other Bank Mobile Apps, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Mobile App / HBL Konnect) in favor of Secretary, AJK BISE.
- Bidders must deposit CDR of PKR 1,000,000 (One Million) in favour of the Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur, issued by a scheduled bank and valid for 120 days from tender opening date.
- Blacklisted firms are not allowed to apply/participate. Prices must be inclusive of all taxes. Firms/printers must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Taxes/cesses will be charged as per AJK rules at time of payment.
- Bid security other than stipulated CDR or bids not fulfilling PPRA requirements will be rejected. No tender documents will be issued on the date of opening.
