Town Municipal Corporation-I (Makki Shah, Sukkur) invites interested persons, firms and prospective bidders to participate in open auction for the collection rights of specified taxes/fees for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Auctions will be held at the Tax Branch, Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah at 11:00 AM. Terms and conditions and bidding documents are available from the office of the Director Taxes during office hours.

Key requirements and instructions:
- All participants must deposit 10% of the official bid (as shown above) in the form of call deposit / pay order (original) in favour of Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah at the time of bidding.
- Bidders must submit copy of CNIC, active FBR certificate, bank certificate confirming maintenance of sound account and an affidavit on original e-stamp paper (Rs. 500) declaring non-defaulter status and not blacklisted by any council, institution, government department or agency.
- Auctions will be conducted at 11:00 AM at the Tax Branch, Town Municipal Corporation Makki Shah. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to make final binding decisions.
